Left in peace my red bed. Made coffee for the other two. For myself I had cashews, raisins, walnuts four each, early in the morning. I first thought to cycle but it felt better to sit and better prepare for the change. I washed myself, fast and shaved in harmony. I was ready in time. I cut all the fruits and ate. Got to the new hotel where the workshop-residency is going great to take place.

It is a privilege to be here meeting people who are also practising their preferred sense, in person sharing and making a world together again. Memories. And more so you go deep, finding the person, all vulnerabilities start unfolding themselves. We are similar in more than one ways.

Spoke to Rafael. Even spoke to Hura by the end and spoke to people from various nationalities. I even had food today after two days. It has been humid and pretty hot to be only eating fruits and shakes. I went to an Indian restaurant at the pub street. Food was okay. And went to the river to sit but found a stone bench on the banks and slept for an hour.

Later when everything got over Rafael and I went for a walk. I had noodles for the first time eversince I landed on southeast asian lands and liked very much. It was filling. Coming back to the hotel we.found the pool empty.and decided to jump.

From the white bed, first night in the white room.

Hello, I am Narayan Kaudinya. I work as a teacher. I make films and photographs. For past 8 years I have been travelling the Indian subcontinent teaching and extensively documenting rural and her communities. Learning and understanding culture, communication and various ways of human mind and body. During one of my travels in the Himalayas, I happened to learn the ancient Yogic way of nerve healing, It has since then helped me generously to enter homes for shelter and food in the night. I come back to Delhi. Here mother and I run a small school for children.
